How to Handle Emails from a “Lack of Attention” Officemate

In my quiet workstation for a long time, I was been disturbed by a verbose employee . I was been in a Tea Room, then suddenly he appeared standing on the door expressing his comeback. I was been busy washing my coffee cup at that time, yet I still entertained him, though, we never been a close officemate or friend even before. Of course, I was glad at that time because finally they come back to work with us. The next day, he came again into my workstation and ask for favor, so again I entertained him so well & nice. I didn’t able to realize his hypocrisy and his attitude problem that later would turn me to regret of knowing him. Let me tell why???

As the days passed by, I noticed a Destructive Lack of Attention Problem of this person such as;

1. He response to all emails without missing any subject even forwarded messages.
2. He create issues in order to open a discussion.
3. If nobody sends email, he will formulate or initiate email or topic. He is your “Bad Morning Email!”.
4. He don’t accept failure if his opinion is contracted.
5. He create arguments on every wordings of your comment/s.
6. If his ego is knock down,  Get Ready for his tackles assault to your personality.
7. No common sense.
8. He don’t shut-up even issues are closed. He always want to catch attention.
9. Predatory person.
10. Keep sending gaudy emails and responses.

It is really hard to stop an obtuse person or “lack of attention” personality person even almost everybody is already against him.

Thinking a way to impede even a split seconds of his loquaciousness on email made us difficult to do so, until;

1. I stopped commenting on his non-erudite emails
2. A unified and straightforward email was addressed to him directly expressing irritations on his annoying and disturbing emails by some of our colleagues
3. Some of our officemates have openly expressed their disappointment to see his names on their inbox and even sees his face on a gathering
4. To get rid of an email coming from this kind of person, simply filter to Spam/Junk Mail all emails that would be coming from him.

Whatever on the above 3-listed founded actions taken have slacken his noise, we just hope that he should incarcerate his  gaudiness forever.
